Follow the Leaders 2025 Conference coming to Tricity in September – Hungry Tigers tickets available until June 15

On September 17–18, 2025, the Tricity metropolitan area will host one of the leading international conferences focused on the business services sector and environmental transformation – Follow the Leaders 2025. The event is organized by Pro Progressio in strategic partnership with Invest in Pomerania.

Follow the Leaders is a premier forum designed to foster the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and business contacts among senior executives, team leaders, industry experts, government representatives, and academia from Poland and abroad. The event program includes a wide array of activities tailored to decision-makers and professionals across different industries and organizational levels, allowing participants to choose formats aligned with their interests and development needs.

September 17, 2025 (Wednesday): Leadership networking and local business insights

• C-Level Meetings – Exclusive networking sessions for top-level executives, featuring curated activities such as a cruise on the Gulf of Gdańsk, a golf outing, and a wine-tasting experience led by a professional sommelier.
• Investor Meeting – A dedicated session showcasing the economic landscape and investment potential of the Pomeranian region, prepared by Invest in Pomerania. Targeted at companies considering expansion and investment consultants.
• Tricity Business Tour – Guided visits to key business locations in the region, including presentations of modern office spaces and insights into the area's strategic advantages.
• "Beforek" Networking Evening – An informal evening reception held in Gdynia, serving as the official opening of the conference.

September 18, 2025 (Thursday): Main conference day, workshops, and Gala

• BSS Conference – Two parallel thematic tracks focusing on trends and challenges in the business services sector, including GBS, SSC, and BPO organizations. The agenda features keynotes, panel discussions, and debates with international experts.
• EKO Transformation Conference – Sessions dedicated to the environmental transformation of businesses, covering topics such as renewable energy, carbon footprint reduction, waste management, and ESG standards.
• Workshops for Team Leaders – Four specialized training paths designed for operational team leaders, combining both soft and hard skills development.
• Follow the Leaders Gala – A formal closing event attended by distinguished guests from Poland and abroad. The evening will feature keynote speeches, the announcement of the PRO Tiger Award winners, and extended networking opportunities.

Early-bird tickets are available through the Hungry Tigers campaign until June 15, 2025. After this date, only regular-price tickets will be offered.
