Outsourcing and Process Automation in Germany – double conference in Berlin

German Outsourcing Association, German Process Automation Association and Outsourcing Journal invite to its double conference on ITO, BPO, SSC, RPA and AI in Germany.

On April 12th and 13th the ITO&BPO Germany Forum and the RPA&AI Germany Forum (English language program) will take place in Berlin under the co-operation with leading national and international industry experts, buyer organizations and outstanding service providers.

Stephan Fricke, CEO of the associations sais: The ITO&BPO Germany Forum as well as the RPA&AI Germany Forum are direct results of our work with users of outsourcing services and robotic process automation solutions from the DACH markets as well as with national and international service providers.

The events contribute to our mission to support the further development of our markets for ITO, BPO, SSCas well as RPA and AI services and solutions.

The program is developed in co-operation with industry experts, and focuses on the current and pressing aspects of buyers and services providers, active in our markets. Goal is to provide an unique occasion to exchange information and to support co-operations.

Among the participants are representatives from companies like Axa Insurance, Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, Cherry GmbH, Germany Trade and Invest, Stefanini, Uniper Energy and others.

Both events are user orientated but provide with lots of insights for anyone involved in sourcing or providing IT and business process services as well as robotic process automation and artificial intelligent solutions.
