Pro Progressio publishes "Q2/2021 Review of Offices for BSS Operation Centers in Poland"

In 2021, Pro Progressio launched a new project aimed at presenting office spaces for the sector of modern business services. This project involves the publication of four quarterly reports that include office buildings built by those real estate developers that are members of the Pro Progressio Club. The intention of Pro Progressio is to update the "Office Review" on a quarterly basis, and the project itself is also planned for implementation in the following years.

The first edition of the "Review of offices for BSS operation centers" was published in May 2021 and included the presentations of the most important information on several dozen office buildings. The information concerned the availability of office space in Polish cities, along with contact details for Real Estate Agencies that specialize in tenant representation.

In August 2021, Pro Progressio published the second edition of its report. This time the publication under the name "Q2/2021 Office Review For BSS Operation Centers" was enriched with visualizations of office spaces implemented by design and fit-out companies cooperating with Pro Progressio. It's not everything. The report also includes presentations of flex and coworking offices, as well as showrooms of companies specializing in providing office furniture. All presented office buildings were also presented on city maps.

The pages of the report present information, photos and graphics, projects as well as contact details for key people from several dozen companies. The publication consists of 61 pages and has been prepared in Polish and English language versions. The 43 buildings presented in the report are located in 9 cities. The report contains information and visualizations of 10 serviced offices and 22 showrooms of furniture companies.
