Talks&Drinks with Friends in Warsaw

On December 7, 2023, on the fifth floor of the Lixa C office building in Warsaw's Wola district, the fifth meeting from the Talks&Drinks series took place. The meeting, now expanded with the "with Friends" format, meant the presence not only of several dozen members of the Pro Progressio Club but also guests from outside the Club with whom they collaborate on a daily basis.

The meeting provided an opportunity to gather a condensed dose of information about the BSS sector in Poland and worldwide, as well as engage in informal discussions held in the stylish office space managed by Loftmill– the event partner. Guests also had the chance to visit the new Pro Progressio headquarters located on the same floor of Lixa C.

Similar to previous meetings (in Gdańsk, Łódź, Wrocław, and Krakow), participants from all over Poland came to the capital, giving the event a supra-regional dimension.

The substantive part of the meeting was led by Wiktor Doktór – CEO of Pro Progressio. The summary of 2023 included several key market observations related to the development of the BSS sector in Poland and worldwide. Among the most important, it is worth emphasizing the possible lack of employment growth in the BPO and SSC industry in Poland in 2023, the global shift in preferences from offshoring to nearshoring, and the increasingly widespread use of artificial intelligence in the Customer Experience (CX) sector. According to research and observations of the BSS sector conducted by Pro Progressio, these three trends, although not the only ones, are clearly marked and will have the strongest impact on industry development.

In addition to live music, the intimate atmosphere of the meeting was accompanied by a tasting of craft beers and the opportunity to learn about the secrets of the craft production of this beverage.

Talks&Drinks will return in 2024 and will be organized again in two models – closed meetings, available only to Pro Progressio Club members, as well as expanded with the "with Friends" format, during which organizations not collaborating with Pro Progressio on a daily basis can be met.
